China firmly opposes the unfounded accusations and smears made by the Philippines and Australia against China. Regarding the Philippine side's deliberate provocations and attacks on the Chinese personnel at Ren'ai Jiao, the China Coast Guard has issued a statement and released evidence. The Chinese side took necessary countermeasures, which were professional, restrained and beyond reproach, Chen Xi, a spokesperson for the Chinese Ministry of National Defense (MND), said on Friday. 
Chen made the remarks when asked to comment on reports that the Philippines and Australia held the Defense Ministers' Meeting and issued a joint statement, expressing "serious concern" over recent actions taken by the China Coast Guard at Ren'ai Jiao. In the statement, they also urged all parties to operate "professionally and safely."
"It must be emphasized that Ren'ai Jiao is part of China's Nansha Qundao and an inherent territory of China. Whatever the Philippine side says or does cannot change this fact. What the Philippine side should do is to remove the illegally grounded warship BRP Sierra Madre (LT-57) as soon as possible," said Chen.
The Chinese side will continue to conduct rights-protection and law enforcement activities to thwart any violations or provocations and safeguard national sovereignty and maritime rights and interests, Chen said.
"We urge relevant countries to stop peddling false narratives, provoking confrontation and undermining regional peace and stability," the MND spokesperson said.

。据浙江金融监管局统计，自8月4日“浙里逝安”迭代升级金融资产查询服务功能以来，“个人身后金融事”已累计服务超2000人次。　　长期以来，群众办理逝者资产查询存在难题：银行资产、保险保单等金融资产分散在各银行保险机构，继承人需携带亲属关系证明、死亡证明等材料逐家线下核查，流程繁琐、耗时耗力。　　为打通服务堵点，浙江金融监管局统筹推进数据互通、流程再造、标准统一，打造全省一站式线上查询渠道。前期历经多轮试点打磨，持续优化迭代功能，稳步推进辖内银行保险机构系统对接，目前浙江省内114家银行保险机构已完成接入，数据共享覆盖面持续拓宽。　　服务上线后，合法继承人可通过“浙里办”APP和浙江省政务服务网提交查询申请，在线上传身份证明、亲属关系证明、死亡证明等材料，无需往返多家银行保险机构网点，即可批量查询逝者名下银行资产及保险保单，真正实现“数据多跑路、群众少跑腿”。浙江金融监管局会同浙江省民政厅同步指导殡仪馆、政务服务大厅(或便民服务中心)、辖内银行保险机构提供咨询引导、材料预审、协助填报等服务。　　据悉，在查询过程中，一方面根据“最小、必要”原则，明确查询标准，区分不同场景在线返回查询结果，在依法保障查询人知情权的同时有效保护逝者隐私。比如，银行资产查询方面，5万元以下小额活期存款，显示账户余额，金额较大或者其他类资产仅显示有资产，并提醒查询人向金融机构核实。保单查询方面目前反馈有无保单的结果，保单详情也需要具体向保险机构核实。　　另一方面，浙江金融监管局指导相关金融机构和数据平台建立数据分级分类管理制度，坚持“依法授权、按需调用、安全可控”原则，明确逝者信息查询权限、金融机构提供信息范围等重要事项。落实网络安全相关要求，构建覆盖数据采集、传输、存储、使用全流程管理体系，有效保障信息安全。

二 | 　　值得注意的是，有关部门提醒，服务查询的结果仅供参考，具体情况以查询人向相关银行保险机构核实结果为准。现实中，情况比较复杂，比如，很多资产数据是时点数据，会发生变化，另外一些资产状态等详细信息也需要具体向金融机构核实。　　下一步，浙江金融监管局将持续推动服务扩面提质，不断拓宽数据共享范围，完善线上申报、线下协办全链条办事流程，以数字化、精细化便民服务守护群众财产权益。
