一 | 讯 据中国人民银行消息，2026年8月14日，中国人民银行、国家外汇管理局联合发布《关于跨国公司本外币跨境资金集中运营业务有关事宜的通知》（以下简称《通知》），在全国范围开展跨国公司本外币跨境资金集中运营业务。《通知》自2026年9月14日起施行。 《通知》内容包括：一是在更大范围内支持中小规模跨国公司开展业务。将跨国公司本外币跨境资金集中运营试点政策推广至全国，惠及更多经营主体。主办企业注册在自由贸易试验区内的，建池门槛可进一步降低，持续释放政策红利。 Sonakshi Sinha recently addressed the issue of online harassment faced by actors and film critics. 二 | 三是简化业务备案登记流程。由主办企业所在地国家外汇局分局“一个窗口”对外，进行业务备案登记，部分变更登记交由合作银行办理，减少企业“脚底成本”。
