二 | 共享食堂十一点半准时开饭。今天是豆角炖肉、馒头、米饭、小米粥，75岁的顾大爷刚吃了两口，就接到了在外地打工儿子的电话。阜平县顾家台村村民顾廷科：放心吧，这边吃得挺好，你看有土豆，有豆角，还有肉、粉条，比上次还好嘞。顾大爷告诉记者，村里一些老人的孩子在外地打工，以往他们都是自己一个人在家随便"对付一口"，炒盘菜能吃三顿，是共享食堂解决了他们的后顾之忧。

三 | 阜平县顾家台村村民顾廷科：在这儿看到了，俺们吃得挺好，我的身体比原先长了十来斤。

四 | 在顾家台共享食堂吃饭，村里70岁以上老人每天只要5块钱，80岁以上全免费。为了让老人们吃得顺口，村里可没少下功夫，食堂试运营期间，先后组织了三次试菜，每次都请村里老人来打分，咸了淡了、软了硬了，都是老人们说了算。阜平县顾家台村党支部副书记顾亚楠：现在我们全村有70岁以上的老人有54人，我们就想着让老年人的生活质量也要提上来。从老年人的饮食入手，把老年食堂打造成一个老年人的幸福驿站。建设共享食堂，是顾家台村党支部今年为村民谋划的新项目。而托起这个幸福驿站的，是十几年来顾家台村从深度贫困到全国乡村旅游重点村的蝶变。只要有信心，黄土变成金。村"两委"一班人带领村民牢记嘱托，从2013年开始，就开始谋划建设香菇大棚，马秀英就是第一批承包大棚的村民之一。阜平县顾家台村村民马秀英：现在两个大棚一年能挣五六万。这几年我也盖了新房了，也买了小汽车了，也供着孩子上了大学了。这日子过的是越来越红火，越来越有奔头。十几年来，顾家台村已经建了50座香菇大棚、500多亩果园，84家民宿，还发展起了家庭手工业。全村形成了以乡村生态旅游、高山林果、食用菌种植、箱包加工为主的四大富民产业。2025年，全村吸引游客50万人次，旅游收入超350万元，村民人均可支配收入由2012年的980元增至29000元。按照村集体规划，到2030年，这里将建成集红色研学、生态观光、农业休闲、文化体验、医疗康养于一体的乡村旅游度假区。阜平县顾家台村党支部书记顾锦成：下一步，我们将依托咱们村的山林环境、红色旅游，打造休闲打卡点，并结合咱们村的农副特产，做这个特色的饮品，吸引更多游客来到顾家台，踏踏实实带动全村稳步增收致富。
