一 |     中新网北京8月21日电 (记者 张蔚然)中国外交部发言人林剑21日主持例行记者会。         　　据报道，美国财政部长贝森特称，美国将对伊朗实施“史上最严厉的制裁”，并敦促中国及美国盟友配合美方制裁措施。当日有记者就此提问。    (ECNS) -- China's Zhang Shuai and Czech partner Katerina Siniakova won the women's doubles title at the WTA 1000 event in Toronto on Thursday, defeating Sara Errani of Italy and Nicole Melichar-Martinez of the United States 6-3, 6-4 in the final.    It was Zhang’s fourth doubles title of the season, following wins in Adelaide, at the Australian Open and in Linz, and her second career WTA 1000 doubles trophy after Cincinnati in 2021.        Zhang, 37, reached the Canadian Open doubles final for the second straight year, having finished runner-up in 2025.    After the match, she thanked Siniakova and Chinese fans in attendance, saying their support made the event feel like playing at home.    (By Helen Mo, intern Yang Hongran)                    。         　　林剑：我愿重申，中方反对没有国际法依据、未经联合国安理会授权的非法单边制裁，呼吁相关各方采取负责任举措，通过政治外交途径解决问题。
