钟睒睒捐赠市值 9.27 亿元股份，支持公共健康与生物医学的前沿研究探索_我的网站

A |      8 月 25 日消息，万泰生物今日公告，公司实际控制人钟睒睒于 2026 年 8 月 25 日与福建省翔安创新实验室科技发展基金会签署协议，拟向该基金会无偿捐赠其直接持有的公司 3300 万股无限售条件流通股，占公司目前总股本的 2.61%。

C |     (ECNS) -- The Global Smart Education Conference 2026 themed “Reimagining Education in the Age of AI: Equity, Quality and Sustainability” was held in Beijing from Tuesday through Thursday, gathering representatives from over 60 countries.    Co-hosted by Beijing Normal University and the UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education, the threeday event focused on building inclusive, technologydriven education systems. It featured forums covering all stages of education, from early childhood to lifelong learning.    A key highlight was the launch of the Global Smart Schools Program. This initiative aims to foster international cooperation by sharing best practices and case studies from countries including China, the Netherlands, Singapore, Canada, and Kenya. The program outlines five pillars of smart schooling, centering on AI‑driven learning experiences, digital training for teachers, and strong home‑community collaboration.    Vice Minister of Education Ren Youqun announced the nation's "AI Plus Education" action plan, which integrates digital resources across all levels of education. D | 万泰生物公告显示，捐赠实施前，钟睒睒直接持有公司 17.71% 股份，并通过控股股东养生堂有限公司持有 55.82% 股份，合计持股 73.53%。

E | 捐赠完成后，其直接持股比例降至 15.10%，合计持股比例降至 70.92%（总股本数据截至公告披露日）。本次捐赠不会导致公司控制权发生变化。
